Anyone else have mom guilt about legit everything? My baby is almost 3 months old and I’m a SAHM. I exclusively pump so when that time comes around I have to put her in her swing or play mat. When I need to eat or do dishes I put her in her rock and play. IT ALL MAKES ME FEEL BAD! She’s never in there long but it makes me feel so guilty that I’m not holding her haha I wear her often but when it’s hot out I can’t cause we both sweat and get too hot. When will the mom guilt go away😭 I’m a good mom I swear haha
