Hello, I miscarried Thursday just 4 days after my BFP. I was told what to expect as to bleeding and cramping and to go to ER if I had fever, foul smell lightheaded or fainting. Since my body started the process I been having on and off chills and last night I started having pain in my legs. Mostly in my thighs and growing area. I don’t have fever. Is this pain related to the miscarriage? Is this a sign of infection? I have my check up appointment next Friday.
