need help please
This is not my first pregnancy but this is the first one that I'm always nauseous and if I take any meds I fall asleep, even when eating I gag and can't finish 😭 any tips? peppermint gives me a headache and I'm allergic to lemons/limes so anything that doesn't involve those would be great! I do also have meds from my doctor and haven't taken them for obvious reasons
