Hey ladies. My son is 8 days old and we’re having some issues with diapers. He’s in newborns still but he will pee through the sides like where his legs are and it’ll leak through his clothes. It only leaks through by his legs not on his back or on the front. He also still has his umbilical stump so we were told to fold the diaper and we’ve tried folding it over and under but it doesn’t make a difference. We’ve also tried size 1 but they’re way too big for him. We’ve also tried different brands too. We started with pampers then switched to Huggies. When he poops, even if it’s a lot, it still doesn’t go out of the diaper. I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice/tips or possibly knows what we’re doing wrong? Ftm who has no clue what she’s doing so any help is appreciated!
