Drunk/high feeling 36 weeks

Just today I have been feeling a very light almost drunk/high feeling mostly in my head. It makes my vision really slowed down and my breath feels heavy. My blood pressure is normal as far as my home unit says. Anyone else experience this or know why?

Ps, my pulse has always been high, during pregnancy it stays about 110. Currently hovering 135.
