I woke up this morning with what felt like period cramping. it didnt really go away for atleast 15 minutes. Now I have woken up about every half hour to the same cramping. I wouldn't say its painful, just very uncomfortable like when I'm about to start my period. It is hurting in my back too. My husband is out of town so I dont know whether I need to tell him to come home early or not. He plans to be home tomorrow evening and I just dont know if this is the start of labor or just my body prepping. Btw I am 38 +2 and was just 3cm dilated and 80% effaced on friday.
