when to have baby shower

my due date is nov 29 ... when would be the best time ..

i’m not having a shower because i live in a different state than my friends and family (military). so i’m doing a “virtual” shower. i already have it out there and i’m getting some gifts here & there but if i was having an actual shower i’d do september (im due nov 30th). that way i’d still have enough time to get what we need that wasn’t bought.
