Can I get your personal experience about TTC after a miscarriage?

Backstory: my husband and I haven’t had an issue actually conceiving. We tried with out daughter and that first month got pregnant. Healthy pregnancy. A few months ago, we decide to try again and we got pregnant right away again, and thought how lucky we were. Then we lost the baby. Absolutely devastated me, and I still struggle a little with it when I hear close friends are pregnant.

Dr told us to wait 2 full cycles before trying again. The second cycle starts in the next week and I am freaking out. I can’t get the thought outside my head that this time we won’t get pregnant as fast. Or that if we do, we’ll lose the baby again.

Any words of encouragement or tips in general? I just want this to be as calm as possible. Ugh
