Harder to conceive after miscarriage?

I’ve had 3 pregnancies, with all three we got pregnant in the first month of trying. My third pregnancy sadly ended in miscarriage at 17 weeks in April. 
We have been TTC ever since, my periods came back as normal but just haven’t had any luck.
 I was just wondering if anyone had a similar experience. It’s really getting me down.

I got pregnant the first try the first time. I could always tell you exactly when I was ovulating based off the flood of cervical mucus. 
I have not ovulated for 4 months following miscarriage. Doctor is giving clomid to jump start it.

I heard it can be easier. but with 3 have you been checked out? I see people saying after 2 the docs check the male and female out to make sure it's not anything to do with them ya know. my first was a mc at 7 weeks but wasn't us we got preggers super fast
