Check the flange diameter - super common problem- happened to me with my first 3 children and could never pump. Still have one better nursing breast and one better pumping breast. Hey- they’re partners. Normal but frustrating! Keep at it!

I did both times. Try massaging while you pump it sometimes helped me.
