First pregnancy 20 weeks my nipples hurt so bad at the very tip they look almost scabbed and feel as if they will crack and start to bleed any moment. 😭 is that normal? what is happening to them? Any suggestions to help?

It’s normal, around 18-20 week mark your milk starts to come in more the “liquid gold” so your breasts will change more than before 💕🤰🏼

I am 20 weeks and mine have been sooooooo sore and red too, so I think it is kind of normal. I just try put lotion on them a lot lol.
