Early miscarriage or irregular period?

If I had gotten pregnant I would only be about two weeks. 
I had my period 12 days ago and have gotten it again. Heavy bleeding, small dark clots, bad cramping before and even still now 3 days in. Help!
I wasn’t sure if it would be too early to test or if I could since I’m bleeding

Did you get a positive pregnancy test? But that also sounds like a usual period

This is exactly what’s been happening to me. Started 10 days early and having been bleeding & clotting non stop super heavily. Today is the 9th day of it for me, wasted my time at the doctor. As she told me she couldn’t rule out pregnancy or not. And then sent me on my way. So when you find out, let me know too please
