Trying to conceive

So my husband and I have been together since I was 14 years old I will be 20 in January but since these years we have not had a baby, I know it takes time & it’s all in gods hands but I really consider getting checked, my period are irregular there’s months I can go with out my period, my period occasionally lasts up to 6-7 days. I’ve done ovulation tests, I mean what would be my next step because I have no clue? I try all these apps and seems like I’m never ovulating? Please help me out lady’s I need some answers here thank you
