Why is it that people think it’s YOUR choice when your baby sends you into labor ?!?? I delivered my first at 38 weeks and my second at 39 weeks. I’m 37 weeks. My husband goes “well it’s not like you’re going to go yet you’re not due until the 13th...” mm ok I very well COULD go until my due date BUT I’ve been having contractions on and off for a few weeks now and my OB doesn’t think I’ll make it till then. My mom is then on the phone and made a comment “well it’s not like you’re gonna go yet” “just don’t go on these dates (weekends) bc I have plans” and then complains if it’s during the week how she will have to take time off of work.... oh ok yea sure let me just tell the baby to stay in so it’s convent for everyone else 🙄 like I said I could VERY well go all the way until my due date and beyond but my OB doesn’t think I’m going to since I’ve had false labor 4 times, and I delivered both my girls early. My point to them is that it IS possible to go early. It’s just so annoying. People think that you have a due date and that you’ll go on that date only 😑
