morning sickness, can't leave home

I'm on day 11 of such bad morning sickness that i haven't been able to leave the bed/couch. I've only actually thrown up 3 times, but i feel so nauseous that i can't even stand up straight and all my thoughts are just about not throwing up. I'm in absolute survival mode and that's it. anyone else? i guess that since I'm not actually throwing up much, there's not really anything the dr can do.
