I had my iud paragard placed back in March everything was fine and dandy. I went to the doctors to see if it was in place.

Then on May I had sex and it hurt during sex so we stopped and then I started bleeding.

So just in case I went back to the doctors office to see if it was still in place. It is still in place. Went to 2 different doctors. I kind of just left it alone until 3 weeks ago. I was still bleeding everyday.

I started taking ibuprofen to help with the bleeding. It helped-no bleeding for a few weeks. So then I decided to stop taking the ibuprofen and 6 days after I was fine.

But today i started cramping really bad and bleeding heavy.

I had my period 3 weeks ago and my cycles are usually 4.5 weeks.

Is this normal??

Btw I’ve gone to the doctors to check bc the last time I had the iud it was placed wrong and it was starting to perforate my uterus and I don’t what that to happen again.
