Can Azithromycin cause strange BM?

Sorry so TMI but I have normal BM but I’ve been on antibiotics for two days and I just had a very strange BM. I don’t want to go into detail because eww but it had some odd looking things in it and now I’m nervous. Has this happened to anyone before?

Antibiotics can wipe out both good *and* bad bacteria, which can rough up your digestive system. Take a probiotic or eat some yogurt to boost the good bacteria, or just wait and your body will calm down once you finish your medication.

I would start taking a probiotic when on antibiotics especially.

Every time my husband or I have been prescribed azythromycin it has messed up our digestive tract for a few days. I think it's a particularly agressive antibiotic.
