I am so happy to see this post! I am currently trying to do this and I feel kind of crazy lol!!

They say to increase calcium and magnesium in your diet. I have been drinking at least 3 or more glasses of milk a day. Chocolate is also supposed to be good! Can't complain about that lol. They also say reduce your salt and potassium intake as this is more favorable for the boy producing sperm.

Sex is supposed to be often after you're off your period.  I go with every other day because I want to give him a chance to produce some strong swimmers. They say refrain from sex when you're 24-48 hours away from ovulation and after ovulation to hopefully give the stronger more resilient female sperm a chance be to on there when the egg releases and not be out swam by the fast male sperm. They also say shallow penetration positions as this will leave the sperm in the vagina where it is more acidic to try to get rid of male producing sperm since they don't thrive well in acidic environment. Also avoid orgasm.

These are what I'm trying. It's only my first month so I will see how it goes since a lot of the tips aren't as favorable when trying to conceive.

They say girl sperm is faster than boy sperm and lives longer so they say if you have sex the day before you have peak ovulatation rather than the day of. That way the boy sperm dies and the girl sperm is there to meet the egg!
