DH short temper and outbursts

im becoming more and more concerned with my DHs bad temper and outbursts. hes increasingly moody and goes from calm and kind to angry/loud/upset. his family has also noticed his volatility. and he wont hear anything I say about it. he needs help and im pretty sure its going to end up breaking up our marriage.
