My son is 2, going to be 3 in October. He just had his first dentist appt today and they basically said he needs some of his teeth pulled. Found out he was allergic to cows milk when he was 1 and he didn’t like the alternative milk so we did give him apple juice a lot and I completely understand that is why his teeth have started to decay. One of his front teeth has basically fallen out on its own and the 2 front teeth are bad but not horrible.

Have any of you mommies gone threw this? Is it absolutely necessary to have them pulled or do you know if they can be saved if immediate actions are taken like longer brushing and fluoride... I need advice. He has an appt in 2 weeks with a dental surgery doctor and I’m beyond scared. I don’t want his teeth pulled at all. I feel like such a bad mom that I took so long to get him seen. Please no negative comments..
