Worried. (Tmi)

I am eight weeks pregnant and I've had four miscarriages through the years and I have one daughter. During my pregnancy with my daughter I bled and was on bed rest for my entire pregnancy. I noticed some spotting the other day, but brushed it off as normal. This morning I got up and had my underwear soaked in dark blood and now I'm starting to cramp slightly...still bleeding. Worried that we're miscarrying again and keeping my feet up all day.
