Hey so I was at a thrift store earlier just looking at some stuff and I came across this, there was also a similar one next to it but different brand. This one has the Food Network logo so I assume it's probably a cutting board? Just don't get how it works lol... like are the ridges for perfect cutting? What is the plastic part for? Why is it on hinges? Me and my mom have been trying to look it up but we can't find anything...
