Infant seat handle ???

Ok does the handle go down when the seat is enabled and the baby is place in back seat? Like in the pic.. Not sure if I should put the handle down or not ??🤷‍♀️

You don’t have too I always do cause I have a two way mirror so it’s easier to see my baby girl when nothing is In the way I just push it down to the cover of car seat

We always put it down-I read a story a few years ago about a baby that had her skull crushed in an accident because her head hit that. It should go down and click.
