After birth control
So I got my birth control removed on the 18 th and I was told to expect a period after. I started spotting but no real flow and I don't know if I should continue to go off of my ovulation date from before or the new one that the calander gave me. If I stay with the old one then I ovulate in 2 days but if not then I have to wait 2 weeks. What do I do, or what should I do?
