So I went to by 2nd doctor appointment today, I’m suppose to be 11w 4d according to my last period May 4th-may8. When I went into the appointment we couldn’t find the heart beat. So I got sent to do an ultrasound, the u/s showed 5w 4d. The doctor said it could be totally normal and the u/s looks fine, then again I could have missed a miscarriage.. I have very light spotting. No cramps, slight back pain, I believe I feel pregnancy symptoms still, but I just can’t tell now. I have miss carried before so I’m just not sure...

Please thoughts?? Opinions?? I want to remain positive until we take another ultrasound next week. Please help
