When to BD

For my next cycle do we BD every day every other? Day of ovulation or just day before and after? Ahhh 😩💕❤️

Hello. Every day if you can/want to but only if you have time and are both in the mood otherwise your chances of conception are lower. Studies show that conception may only happen if there are already sperm waiting for the egg so I personally only do it until I ovulate (unless we want to do it the next day) but if you want you could do it the day after ovulation but the chance of conception is believed to be pretty low. In short, the more sex the better. Statistically the couples who are most likely to get pregnant in a month are the ones who just have sex at least 2-3 times each week so I would just recommend doing that if you want to get pregnant. Keep it simple :) x
