Lower back pain

Ladies I’m so scared. I didn’t have any back pain with my first pregnancy and it hurts so bad right now. I am 6w1d. First ultrasound isn’t until next week. Is anyone else having back pain? We tried for 7 months for this baby and I’m so afraid to lose it. 😔 no spotting as of yet. Should I call the doc?
