Hey all, so I had my mirena taken out June 18th and trauma bleeding for like two hours that day then nothing the next day and the. Two days later I had “my normal” cycle back on track for two days...that’s my regular cycle... so this month I literally had thee worst cramps of my life...then the next day very light spotting and that was it. Negative pregnancy test, but a friend said implantation I could get bad cramps what’s everyone’s thought
