Is anyone else experiencing contractions while having a BM?(bowel movement) i have lately and it sucks. ☹️ I’m 39 Weeks

had my worst one yesterday. I had to grab a towel put it in my lap and push against the counter and bathtub to deal with the pain. if labor is Anything like this God help me haha

I’m also 39 weeks and this happened to be for the first time last week and freaked me out lol I did not like that at all.
