Blood pressure

I’m 36+5 and my blood pressure has always been about 110/65. Tonight I’ve had a horrible headache so I’ve been chugging water to see if I’m just dehydrated. It’s not working so I just took a Tylenol. While waiting to see if that works I took my blood pressure with a home blood pressure machine and it is 135/80. I have an apt scheduled for 1040am tomorrow so in almost exactly 12 hours. Do you think I should call my doctor or just wait for my apt tomorrow? Or is it not a concern at all
