Do any moms have insight as to how to tell if you’re leaking urine or amniotic fluid? It definitely doesn’t smell like urine but I do drink water constantly. I am 38+3 and have been noticing wet spots in my underwear... but today I was gently bouncing on my ball and it came out rather quickly (not a gush but enough to immediately soak through my panties in a couple of quarter-sized spots). I also noticed it soaking through my panties/shorts earlier today but for some reason didn’t put 2+2 together.

Is there any way to tell for sure or should I head into L&D;? It’s pretty late here but I don’t want to ignore it for too long if I should get checked out. My cramping and pelvic pressure has increased substantially today but I am not having serious contractions at all.
