The same thing happened to my and we ended up fine but if I was you I’d go to the ER oR at least notify your ob

I would call your OB first.  Implantation bleeding looks like that after you pee then stops.  Happens for a few days.

I had that and had it checked out immediately.  It was a hematoma causing the bleeding.  I would definitely have it checked.
