I was scrolling through my Snapchat and I saw this post where this girl said she hasn’t met her in laws even after dating her boyfriend for TWO years and I just wanted to know when it is too soon to meet the in laws or too late. I met my in laws a month after we started dating on his birthday and I just wanted to know what the average time is :)

I met his mom about 1 week after making it official mostly cause I didnt want to sit in the car anymore lol but I met his aunt and uncle(they raised him) after exactly 1 year.

I met his dad the night I met him lol, the first thing his dad said to me was “yeah he’s a great guy, too bad he’s gay!” And well I mean for some reason that worked because we’re married 🤷🏼‍♀️

it's been almost four years in I haven't met the mil, only have talked to her thru the phone she lives in Mexico will visit her in September :) the fil I only have seen him thru vid call once (also in Mex), no desire to go visit him mainly because his wife is a witch hag
