So I'm now 8 weeks postpartum and I exclusively pump (was never able to get her to latch). And I think I started my period last week. I was really upset because I thought I wouldn't get it for months. Well, I was just thinking, I got on the minipill for birth control about 5 days before I started bleeding. Do you think it's not my period and it's actually the pill that caused it? It wasn't heavy bleeding and I had mild cramps a few times. It lasted 6 days, but the last days have been spotty on and off. I'm guessing it's still my period, but I'm still in shock and in denial about my period coming now.
