So, I was pulled over yesterday at work for an “expired registration” which I knew my car’s registration wasn’t expired. It expires in about a month. The cop told me it expired in April. That’s not true. I have my papers to say I need to apply for registration again. Anyways, it came to my attention that I should check my plate. My back plate is actually wrong. It’s not my real one. I’m going down to the PD tomorrow, but I’m just super worried that my real plates will come back to me and I’ll find out I have criminal offenses against me, which I’ve never committed a crime in my life. I’m not sure what to do. I’m super worried. What should I do?
