Can people who have had implantation bleeding please explain to me what there’s was like?

I’ve been bleeding on and off lightly since Friday, Saturday I bled a little more but it was still lightish and had lower back pain and cramping, then it went back to on and off spotting and light bleeding with no cramps or back pain at ALL.

Ps; normally my flow is so heavy I soak through tampons and my cramps and so unmanageable.
