so i have recently started pumping since my twins are in the nicu. it did take a day or so for my supply to come in. now that it is in i pump about 2-3 hours for 15 - 30 minutes. my left boob does go softer after i pump, but is still hard in places. and my right is rock hard before, during, and after pumping. i have tried massaging them, warm cloths, a warm shower.. very unsure what to do and im in a great deal if pain. anyone have any advice or can help me? thanks
