Different Dad...Different Symptoms

I have been blessed with true love the second time around. My two boys from my first marriage was rough to say the least. Nausea from day 1. Symptoms on full blast. Now that I am pregnant again after 7yrs and remarried. I feel really good. Nipples on 🔥 but relatively great. Is this the calm before the storm or legit. Different partners begets different symptoms. Just curious 6wks today!
