Heart palpitations

I’ve had throat/heart palpitations since last night. On and off. I’ve never had these before I’m due in 2 days 11 dpo. Does anyone know what this could be. It’s almost like I’ve got a boiled sweet stuck in my throat and I can’t swallow it. Like a beating feeling also.

Also not sure if this is in the correct category. Unsure as to where to put it.
