Cellulitis while pregnant

So I have nj idea what happened on my foot. But apparently I must of been bit or scratched by something. Not a big deal- doesn’t even look that bad. Initially it was stinging for an hour- then it stopped and redness went down. Then I went to sleep and this morning woke up with redness again and more pain. I went to urgent care yesterday- the dr said it seems fine. I really don’t want an infection in this foot - should I go back again? Thanks!!
