I am having this! Been spotting for 2 days now with mild cramps on front and back. AF due in 5 days

I’ve used ovulation tests and glow is always close but usually a couple days off, but it could be right who knows. Anyways, I’m having bad cramping but no spotting, in my back and lower stomach. To the point where I’m using the heating pad but I’m barely past ovulation if I even am, so I’m not sure what’s going on
