Fruit or veggie for 1st solid food -exclusively breastfed 5-month old son
My son will start solid food! I wanted to exclusively breastfeed for 6 months but my husband is insisting we should give it a try since baby’s showing all the signs that he’s ready for solids although he can’t sit on his own for too long yet. I’m going to give this one to the hubby so he won’t think he doesn’t have a say with our little one 😅
The thing is my husband is french and they start with a puréed Apple as first solid food but from where I come from (Phils.) we start with avocado or any vegetables. confused!
