How to be confident for interviews?

I’ve had a few phone interviews. I have two more coming up as well as an in person interview. I get very nervous and self conscious. I don’t need a new job but i have been at my current one for 5 years so I’m just looking for a change (if the money is worth It lol)

I just got done interviewing after being at a job for 9 years so I know the anxiety. My friend gave me great advice that it’s like you are selling yourself and who you are. Don’t be afraid to speak up about why they need YOU in the position. Also, research company objectives, missions, leaders, to know something more about the company. Write yourself notes about things to say in case you get nervous. Above all BELIEVE you can do it! Praying for you. Get it girl!

Always have an answer thought out for your strengths and weakness, and for where you see yourself in 10 years. I find those to be the tougher questions so when I have an answer already thought out, I feel much more relaxed. You can even write them down since they are phone interviews, just make sure it doesn’t sound like you’re reading your answers.

I'm not sure but I can tell you that I don't usually hire the nervous ones.  If you can't be confident in yourself then I can't have confidence in you as the boss. You have to fake it until you make it.
