Anyone else worried and then find out it’s OK?

I’m seven weeks pregnant, and my symptoms come and go. Yesterday I was quite nauseous and today nothing. Anybody else worried incessantly if they have had a miscarriage and then when they get their ultrasound find out everything‘s OK?

Don't worry,I have little symptoms this time compared to my first but saw healthy hb at 6weeks xxx

Is this your first? I was like this with my first until I got my scan. I had little to no symptoms and found myself doing pregnancy tests every couple days just to be sure. Got myself in such a mess worrying that something had happening. 
I think it’s normal to be anxious, but try not to worry yourself mama. All will be well xx

Mine come and go too! Super sick feeling 2 days last week then totally fine the last three days. Diarrhea last week and now slightly constipated. I told hubby last night it’s so confusing bc when I don’t feel sick I’m like I hope everything is okay! And when I do I just want to feel better but glad everything is probably okay. Lol

Anyone else worried and then find out it’s OK?
