Back labor ?

Been having constant pain in my lower back it seems to only get worst and it keeps me up at night it feels sore and it hurts to even turn from one side to another. Anyone going through this?

I had a lot of back pain starting July 6... my water ended up breaking on the 8th and I had baby girl on the 10th! It could definitely be a sign! She was turned weird and causing a lot of back labor and A LOT of hip pain during labor so they had me use a peanut ball and it helped out!

If you’re having back labor, try kneeling like you would if you were in doggy position and Breath through them. Or try doing a squat during them. Baby is rubbing up against certain bones when lying down causing back labor. Try to move around and see what works if anything.
