Uti, yeast infection or both?

I have symptoms of both an uti and yeast infection. These are, urge to pee a lot, it burns, itchiness of the vagina, discharge ? Can you have both at the same time or what. Do I need to go to the doctor

If you can’t get to the doctor right away I recommend trying taking oil of oregano which is able to fight infection but does not contribute to antibiotic resistant bacteria. The oil is extremely effective in killing e. Coli which is the bacteria responsible for about 80% of UTIs. It is also a very effective antifungal and antimicrobial which will help fight your yeast infection (a study by the University of West England actually found that the active ingredient in oil of oregano is more effective than 18 different anti microbial pharmaceutical drugs) 
I hope this helps! I’ve cured a uti before by taking oil of oregano and it helped immensely within just a day of taking it. I recommend taking it in gel capsules and not in tincture form because in all honesty the stuff tastes gnarly but it’s worth it. 
Don’t forget to drink a ton of water and if you need to pee don’t hold it, doing so will help the bacteria multiply.
