I got a positive OPK on Friday so I assumed the cramping I’m feeling was ovulation pain... however days later the pain is a constant pinching and twisting feeling on my way lower right side. What could this be? It hurts so bad and don’t want to make a big deal out of nothing but 4-5 days of constant cramping and now this right side pinch is starting to scare me.

Any thoughts?

I just recently had a bunch of fertility tests done on me this month including ultrasound and HSG dye test to check tubes and everything was normal ..
