When should I BD??

Well since my lovely phone doesn't allow me to post pictures I guess I have to type all of this. According to Glow my Fertile week started today, July 18, and ends July 24. When should I BD to get the best results? I've read where it's sometimes bad to BD every day that week and such bus to sperm count. Well my DF never had a sperm count done so we're not entirely sure about his little swimmers but any way what days would be the best to BD?
