Ok so my mom works at the middle school. Last year when I was in the 8th grade this girl had a crush on me. I told her I was bisexual, but not out. She thought I liked her back, but I did not. I did not want to make her upset so when she asked if she should ask me out I just said well umm. Then she tells her friend that I led her on and the friend reported me to the counseling office. My mom is friends with the counselor , but not close. The counselor asked me if I liked girls and I said no. I feel like I could talk to her about anything though. She is so sweet, but I was not ready to be out. I’m worried that the girl showed the texts to her. This week my mom had teacher work days so I came to help her. The counselor and her husband ( he is the assistant principal) are ignoring me. They usually are so nice and say something every time they see me. Do you think she’s mad at me for lying?? Why do you think they are ignoring me?

UPDATE: My mom was gone for the longest time. When she got back to her classroom I asked he where she was. She was talking to the counselor!! I asked he what there were talking about and she said they were just talking. HELP
