Anyone else out there suffering from sacroiliac joint pain postpartum? my baby will be 8 weeks on Thursday. that pregnancy relaxin hormone must be all gone...it's literally a pain in my ass right now :( any tips for how to deal with it? i have a history of lower back pain so i have been through physical therapy and am trying to get the exercises in when i can but this time around it feels different so I'm pretty sure it's my SI joints. commiserate with me!
